Here's a link to the model answers we looked at in class on Monday, we gave the first one 5/8 and the second one 8/8. the four key points I mentioned were:

1) Have two clear, distinct, measurable causes that encompass the evidence in your answer.
2) Write in a sophisticated and detailed manner
3) Give exact, accurate, relevant information
4) Tell a story, that links the cause to the outcome via easily-understandable, sensible steps.

Homework this week:

Create two questions with this format: "Explain two causes of ..."

The events can be anything we have looked at in class so far, preferably a topic you are unsure of, so you can perfect your mastery of the content.

Write your responses to the two questions, using the marking scheme in your booklets as a guide. Try to get a 7 or 8 out of 8 for each one!
